I offer one on one sessions, using a combination of Yoga, Mindfulness and a wonderful process, called “Timeline Reset”, which works with the conscious and sub-conscious mind.
Daily life can be challenging, as we are constantly trying to juggle everything; work, home, social life, me time and relationships. Often we carry mental restrictions/limiting beliefs, trauma and repressed emotions, which prevent you from living the life you want.
TimeLine Reset works with the:

Each session is 60 mins long and is $120.00 per session (including GST). I have a room I hire at Nathan Homestead and work from, this allows a safe and comfortable, neutral space to work in OR Zoom sessions are available, so you are in the comfort of your own home.
Time payments are available, to ensure everyone has access to this wonderful self healing process. This also incudes additional contact between sessions, homework and 2 free 20min, follow up calls after our sessions have completed.
What I love about this therapy, is it isn’t long term. You don’t need to work with me for 4 months, 6 months or a year. If you use all the tools taught and put in the work, you will be thriving in no time. I cater the sessions to you individually, so it isn’t one size fits all and I have 47 different processes I can use, including Yoga and Mindfulness.
